Cheese

Cheese is nutritious food made mostly from the milk of cows but also other mammals, including sheep, goats, buffalo, reindeer, camels, yaksand very occasionally horses. Around 4000 years ago people have started to breed animals and process their milk. That's when the cheese was born. (Source: www.cheese.com)

How much fun can you have with a cheese?

Cheese Rolling at Coopers Hill in Gloucestershire!! At the top of the hill, competitors (any number from 2 to a maximum of about 20) sit in a line and wait. The Master of Ceremonies escorts an invited guest to the start line and helps him / her to sit on the precipitous slope, holding a 7-8lb. 'Double Gloucester' cheese. At the command from the M.C. the guest 'roller' releases the cheese, which rolls down the hill at great speed, closely followed by the competitors who hurl themselves down the slope after the cheese. Saved by Wallace and Gromit

Originally one of Wallace and Gromit's favorite cheese was Wensleydale only because it made Wallace's face look "nice and toothy". As it turns out the Wensleydale cheese factory was strugging at the time and almost went into bankruptcy. The success of Wallace And Gromit brought the factory back from the brink and they are currently a thriving dairy! (Source: http://www.wallaceandgromit.net/wensleydale.php)
